Protect from negative energies, the moonIn the following videos, I explain how to protect yourself from negative energies as well as from spiritual entities. I also give you tips and advice on how to protect yourself in a simple way.

Negative energies are everywhere. They come from people, places, and past events. You may feel drained, anxious, or uneasy without knowing why. Protecting yourself is essential for your well-being. Surround yourself with positivity and avoid toxic influences.

Set clear boundaries. If someone makes you feel exhausted or stressed, limit your time with them. Trust your instincts.

If a place feels heavy or unsettling, leave if possible. Develop a daily protection routine. Before leaving home, take a moment to center yourself. Before meeting people, set an intention to stay grounded. At bedtime, release any negativity you picked up during the day. Your mindset plays a key role. Focus on love, gratitude, and positive thoughts. When your energy is high, negativity has less power over you.

Negative energies from others, or items belonging to others—especially those who have passed away—can carry their emotions and experiences. Wearing their rings, watches, or clothing may introduce their energy into your life. Even if they were positive and happy, their presence can still influence you in ways you may not realize.

Be mindful of the objects you keep. If something makes you feel heavy, anxious, or unsettled, it may carry energy that does not belong to you. Cleansing these items with salt, smoke, or sunlight can help, but sometimes, letting go is the best option.

Honor the memory of those who have passed, but allow their spirit to be free. Holding on to their belongings should not come at the cost of your own peace.
