Thursday Distance Healing
This healing is specially designed so that you can receive healing comfortably at home or wherever you are. After the healing, you can relax and enjoy the harmony for as long as you wish. It’s beneficial to give yourself time for recovery and reflection. This enhances the effect and helps you absorb the change more deeply.
This healing form has continued unchanged every week since it began in the spring of 2009 on my Swedish site "Måndag healing". Since then, it has provided a safe and peaceful start to the week for thousands of participants over the years.
Before the Thursday healing session
It is realistic to expect that after one or several healing sessions, you may feel more balanced and harmonious—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
This Healing form supports deeper relaxation, increased presence, and a sense of inner peace. An inner shift begins with the very first session. Keep an open mindset and a genuine desire for change. At the same time, and understand that the healing process is individual and often gradual in some case it is instance.
Just before 9:00 PM on Thursday evening
Make sure you have at least 30 minutes of peace and quiet, or longer if needed. Sit or lie down comfortably and participate with your eyes closed. You can choose whether you simply want to relax or meditate. Meditate in whatever way feels best for you. Experiences vary from person to person during the distance healing sessions. If it ever feels overwhelming, you can gently move your fingers or toes; this will bring you out of a deeper state of awareness.
During the session, you may experience different sensations in the body, such as warmth, coolness, tingling, or a feeling of lightness. Some participants feel tensions releasing, while others notice emotional reactions. Images and memories may appear—sometimes relating to past events or symbolic visions. All experiences are a natural part of the healing process and help release old patterns or blockages.
What can I expect after distance healing?
Old emotions and blockages may surface during or after a session. This is the body’s and soul’s way of clearing out what is no longer needed. It is a natural sign that your system is beginning to release what has previously held you back. These symptoms usually subside and disappear quickly. Most participants feel lighter, more energized, and more balanced afterward. You often sleep better the night after receiving healing!
