This is a natural, energy-based healing method that helps activate your body’s and soul’s innate ability to heal your self. These sessions promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and inner harmony.

However, it’s important to approach each session with realistic expectations.

Energy healing is a gentle and gradual process—it doesn’t promise an instant or guaranteed cure for physical or emotional issues.

Each person responds differently, but many feel a shift as early as the first session. My heartfelt intention is to help you experience greater peace, clarity, and alignment.

How to Prepare for Your Healing Session

To get the most from your Healing session, it’s helpful to prepare both your environment and your mindset:

  • Choose a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.
  • Sit or lie down—whichever feels best.
  • Avoid crossing your arms, legs, or fingers (yoga poses are fine).
  • Breathe deeply and allow yourself to relax.

Moreover, if you're experienced in meditation, you may notice yourself entering a deeper meditative state during the session.

What to Expect During Thursday Healing

During your remote healing session, you may feel physical sensations such as:

  • Tingling
  • Lightness or heaviness
  • Emotional release or peaceful stillness

In addition, you may also see images or recall memories. This is a natural part of the energy-clearing process and can help release emotional blocks or stored trauma.
